All actions that involve a monster is governed by a set of rules to ensure fairness and a smooth playing experience for all parties involved. Failure to follow these rules makes the player liable to a punishment, including warnings, mutes, temporary suspension, or account termination.
It is forbidden to group monsters with the intention of not killing them. Mobbers should group monsters and kill them by themselves or lead them to a group and then kill them. Mobbers may not mob for longer than 1 ~ 2 minutes until they head back to their group or kill them. It is additionally forbidden to mob monsters just to move them around the map to specific locations without killing them.
As per definition, mob dropping is not allowed by any means. Reports on it will be dealt without warning but a direct punishment.
Kill stealing a player monster is a punishable offense, from a warning to account termination, and this section explains the premises of this rule and the exceptions.
If a player is attacking a normal monster (not Bosses, MvPs or Champions) they own it, and another player may not attack it, try to aggro it away, or try to stop the current player from attacking - for example by using Pneuma, Safety Wall, buffs or heals.
The same is true for mobbers, however if a mobber is holding monsters with no intention to kill them, another player may kill them instead after the duration defined in the mobbing section of this guidelines.
Please note that in some cases a player might hiding while killing their monsters, for example an Assassin using Grimtooth. Killing their monsters will be considered a Kill Steal.
The staff strongly recommends using @noks
before reporting any offense, as it will help protecting your monsters against kill stealing and will reduce the volume of reports handled by the staff.
The kill steal rules on these monsters do not apply, as they are Free for All ("FFA"). Everyone may attack it and claim the victory. Trying to stop the current player from attacking - for example by using Pneuma, Safety Wall, buffs or heals is considered grief play and is punishable.
Unlike other fields, guild dungeons are considered PvP Environment thus they do not adhere to any of the Kill Steal rules.
Attacking monsters to reduce their HP by 50% or more and then teleporting to take the exp when other players kill it is considered grief play, and it will lead to a punishment from a temporary ban up to account termination.

Going Idle or AFK for an extended period in an instance is an offense that may be reportable by the party leader. It is expected that if a player needs to AFK for longer than 5 minutes, they should excuse themselves from the party, by leaving the instance, or logging out. If a party leader wishes to report a player for being AFK during an instance, they must warn the player first, with clear evidence of this being done. A minimum of three minutes must pass after the warning before reports are sent regarding the AFK player. If a staff member is online, the party leader may ask them to remove the AFKer from the party. The GM will decide whether or not to kick the suspected AFK player after performing an AFK check.
Action | First Time | Second Time | Third Time |
---|---|---|---|

Leaving a character on a map for a period of time while having cards, equipment, and skills equipped that enable the character to attack, defend, and receive loot for the express purpose of AFK Leveling or Farming is not allowed. If the player does not respond in what is considered a reasonable amount of time by staff members, the player will be considered in violation of this rule and is subject to the following:

For Auctioneers:
For Bidders:
If the auctioneer cannot meet the auction requirements, they will receive a from a temporary to a permanent ban. If the bidder cannot meet the requirements, the staff will sell as much items from the bidder's account at the market average price to reach the bid amount. In the case of a trade, the staff will try to take the item from the bidder's account, and if it is not possible, they will proceed to ban the bidder. It is still impossible to meet the zeny requirement, the bidder will be banned until they can provide enough zeny to unlock their account, and the auctioneer will be allowed to move the following bidder.
